STRICT QUALITY CONTROL
Products must be inspected at 3 different phases before delivery. They can only be delivered after all the inspection is done and qualified. 1）Quality inspection of raw materials: including but not limited to raw steel, accessories, motors, cartons, etc 2）On-site inspection: each process is equipped with an on-site QC. They'll check once an hour, which means about 8-12 times a day 3）Inspection before delivery: the final random inspection will be conducted on the comprehensive performance of the products before delivery, which includes the comprehensive inspection of spraying process, product size, number of accessories, lifting performance, etc. Only when it's qualified after all the inspection, can the products be allowed to deliver.
